SHIPPING POLICY

Return Policy

  • Free returns within a 30 day period

  • To apply to return an item, please contact us at frelsi.limone@gmail.com, with your full name and invoice, and we will provide you with a return form to fill out. Please post a printed and completed copy of this return form with the item you wish to return

  • Eligibility for return:

    • Original packaging, with tags attached

    • Receipt is provided

    • All parts still attached 

    • Only for products which are:

      • Defunct or faulty upon ordering (photographic proof of faulty product must be provided)

      • Incorrect orders (must be provable by receipt of purchase)

    • We will not refund:

      • ‘Change of mind’ scenarios or unwanted gifts

      • Products ordered as a result of a mistake on the customer’s behalf

  • Refunds and late/missing refunds

    • Items will be refunded to your account upon receiving the returned items

    • Refunds will be to the value of the item, not including shipping costs

    • You will receive a confirmation of return once the item has been received

    • If your refund has not appeared within one week of the confirmation of return message, please contact us regarding your concerns and we will endeavour to refund your full costs as soon as possible

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item

  • Refunds will be provided in the form of a refund transaction to the bank account used to purchase the item

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations
